TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

Name on Reservations

All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling - no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport.

Ticket Requests

All requests submitted, even if availability displays are provided, are requests only. Any requests that cannot be confirmed will receive notification by email.

Handling Methods

In order to offer you our huge selection of real-time rental car reservations at these great prices, a convenience fee will be assessed at a flat rate detailed on the rental car booking form, and will appear separately on your credit card bill. This charge will be billed from e-Business Holdings, and is imposed to help offset the charges associated with processing your transaction. These charges are subject to change at any time, and are non-refundable.

Hotel Reservations

Two distinct types of hotel reservations can be made using this system. Special Internet Properties offer discounted, negotiated rates. The terms and conditions for reservations of Special Internet Properties are different than for other hotel reservations made through the use of this site. Please review the terms that are appropriate for the reservation type to be booked.

Special Internet Property Reservation Requests

Special Internet Rates save you money. Because of the large number of lodging reservations we process, we are able to negotiate special rates with the properties directly. These rates are lower in most cases than the normal rates you could receive by contacting the property simply because of our buying power. To secure your reservation, we require up-front payment with your credit card. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not "bumped" or "overbooked."

Rates may be based on the number of persons occupying a room. Additional persons in the room may cause the hotel to change the rate confirmed.

Taxes are included in the rate requested for these properties. Taxes are displayed on the Hotel Reservation page as a separate item and are added to the total.

Currency Conversions are based on approximate exchange rates at the time of booking and should be used as an approximate guide only.

Hotel Requests for specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply that, and while most hotels will strive to honor your requests, neither Discount-Car-Rental.org nor the hotel guarantee that your request will be honored.

Hotels change pet acceptance policies often and without notice. It is very important that you confirm directly with the property that they do, indeed, accept pets. Discount-Car-Rental.org accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for an individual property's pet policy.

You will be paying for the basic room rate and applicable taxes at the time of confirmation. A credit card charge will appear on your next statement from e-Business Holdings, LLC.

Any incidental charges such as meals, phone calls, roll away bed and crib when available, must be paid directly to the hotel at the time of check-out. You may be required to present a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment of these incidental charges.

Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a $10.00 cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay.

Other Hotel Reservations

Other hotel property reservations are accepted without pre-payment. Your credit card account number is passed to the hotel property to guarantee your reservation for late arrival. You must cancel your reservation within the guidelines of the hotel property to avoid no-show fees. The only fee you incur at the time of reservation is the Convenience fee. A credit card charge will appear on your next statement from e-Business Holdings, LLC.

Rates displayed are base rates per room per night. Hotel taxes are NOT included in the rate requested. Additional persons in the room may cause the hotel to change the rate confirmed.

Discount-Car-Rental.org does not charge a cancellation fee for this reservation type. Individual hotels, properties and/or suppliers may assess certain charges to your credit card for cancelled reservations. If Discount-Car-Rental.org has not provided the hotel's specific cancellation policy, please check directly with the property to understand their cancellation policy.

Some rates have special requirements such as AAA membership or Senior Citizen proof of age at check-in. Verify that you qualify for the rate that you have booked. Hotel properties are not obligated to honor this rate if you do not qualify.

Payment and Sales Tax

Discount-Car-Rental.org accepts Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards for all purchases. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.

INCLUSIVE

Denial of Access

In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to EBH, and without any liability whatsoever to User, EBH, at any time and without notice, may terminate or restrict user's access to Discount-Car-Rental.org's travel services and the services therein.

Headings

The headings used in these Terms and Conditions of Use are included by convenience only and will not limit or otherwise effect these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Assignment

You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

Additional Terms

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

Severability

These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Modification

EBH may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. Accordingly, you agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and your continued access, use and/or posting on this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the changed terms, conditions and notices.

Governing Law

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Entire Agreement
